High-Protein Turkey Sweet Potato Chili 🥘

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs lean ground turkey 🦃
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced 🍠
- 2 cans black beans, drained
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bell peppers, diced 🫑
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
Spices:
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Brown turkey in large pot over medium heat, breaking into small pieces (8-10 mins)
2. Add onions, garlic, cook until softened (5 mins)
3. Add sweet potatoes, peppers, all spices
4. Pour in tomatoes, broth, beans
5. Simmer covered 30-35 mins until potatoes tender
