As a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and assisted stretch professional, I've dedicated over 18 years to helping people transform their lives through health and wellness. My certifications through NASM CPT and AFAA group exercise, along with numerous continuing education courses, have equipped me with the expertise to work with people from all walks of life and fitness levels.
My journey in fitness began early, rooted in my love for team sports. During my college years at Villanova University, I found my stride as a member of the women's crew team – an experience that instilled in me the discipline and structure that would shape my lifelong commitment to healthy living. One of my most rewarding experiences came from training Special Olympic athletes while volunteering at the University powerhouse, igniting my passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
I live by the motto "Everybody was made to move," focusing my approach on functional movement, injury prevention, and creating sustainable paths to wellness.
