As outlined in your membership agreement, you have the option to place your recurring membership on hold if you will be away from Basecamp Fitco for more than 10 days. To avoid being charged, please notify us no later than three business days before your next billing date.

Membership hold requests must be submitted at least 3 business days before your scheduled renewal date. Requests received later will be processed after the upcoming renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable.

This is a complimentary service we offer, available twice a year at the discretion of Basecamp Fitco. The minimum hold period is 10 days, with a maximum of 60 days. After the selected hold period expires, your membership will automatically reactivate, and regular payments will resume.

Placing your membership on hold means you will not have access to Basecamp Fitco during this time, and you will not be billed. Requests exceeding 60 days will be treated as a cancellation, subject to a $99 fee.

Your membership commitment will be suspended during the hold period and resume afterward. Please remember, we do not issue refunds for unused membership time. Note that holds are not available during or leading up to December.

If you decide to cancel your membership during a hold period, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice, as per your membership agreement, applies. Should you wish to reactivate a canceled membership, prevailing membership rates will apply at that time (rates subject to change).
